散粒航空对插端子自动化设备的设计与开发

摘要 为实现散粒航空对插端子与线束的自动化加工,设计开发了一种可实现端子自动送料,线束自动感应触发、自动剥皮,线束精准插入端子中间型腔,并实现四点压接的一体化智能设备。该文以压接高度为研究对象,对设备产品进行取样,分析计算出稳定性参数CMK值并对CMK值进行测试,结果显示满足设计和工艺要求。相比传统的人工手动作业,散粒航空对插端子自动化设备的效率和质量都得到了提升和保证,此设计与开发为线束行业的快速发展提供了自动化路径。 In order to realize the automatic processing of bulk aviation plug-in terminals and wire harnesses,a kind of integrated intelligent equipment is designed and developed in this paper,which could realize automatic feeding of terminals,automatic induction triggering and automatic peeling of wire harnesses,accurate insertion of wire harnesses into the middle cavity of terminals,and four-point crimping of terminals.With the core factor of product quality-crimping height as the research object,the stability parameter CMK value of equipment is analyzed and calculated through sampling the equipment products,and the results show that it meets the design and process requirements.Compared with the traditional manual operation,the development of the plug terminal automation equipment for granular aviation has improved and guaranteed the efficiency and quality,which provides an automation path for rapid development of the wire harness industry.
