摘要
为解决土工格室批量化生产存在的技术难题,该文提出采用PLC模块化自动控制技术设计土工格室全自动化生产线的设计方案,布网、切片、插钉、焊接等各工艺环节融合在同一条流水线上,使其自动完成各项工艺环节并最终生产出符合标准的土工格室;重点通过对设计方案的分析及实施应用,解决了目前土工格室生产效率低、速度慢、废品率高的问题,为我国铁路公路护坡、沙漠地区填土加筋及城市绿化等护坡工程提供了参考基础。
To solve the technical problems existing in the mass production of geocell,design scheme for the fully automated production line with PLC modular automatic control technology is proposed in this paper.The mesh,slicing,nail insertion,welding and other processes are automatically completed on the same assembly line,and the produced geotechnical cell meets the standard.Through analysis and application of the design scheme,the problems of low production efficiency,slow speed and high waste rate of geocellers are solved.It provides a foundation for slope protection projects of railway and highway,soil filling and reinforcement in desert areas and urban greening in China.
