柔性化奶粉罐开盖拉力测试夹具设计

Design of Pulling Force Testing Fixture for Different Paper Covers of Milk Powder Cans

奶粉罐纸盖的密封性对保持开盖后奶粉的质量及安全性有重要作用,而评估密封性的方法就是测试其开盖拉力。为了适应不同尺寸的奶粉罐开盖拉力测试,要求夹具具备一定的柔性化,并能测量输出准确数据。该文采用四点定心夹紧法配合轴承接触,实现对不同直径奶粉罐的夹持;通过水平滑轨和垂直滑轨的组合,实现对奶粉罐测试点的柔性化调整。经过实物的制作和测试发现,设计的夹具可以实现两种以上奶粉罐尺寸的开盖拉力测试,设计结果具有正确性和可靠性。

The sealing property of the paper cover of milk powder can play an important role in maintaining the quality and safety of milk powder after the lid is opened,and the way to evaluate the sealing property is to measure the pulling force of the milk powder can cover.In order to adapt to the pulling force tests for the milk powder cans of different dimensions,the fixture needs to have a certain degree of flexibility,and can export the exact force results.In this paper,the four-point-fixing method and rolling bearings are used to fix different cans;and the flexible adjustment of the test point is realized through the combination of horizontal slider and vertical slider.After physical production and testing,it is proved that the fixture is designed exactly and reliably;and it can realize tests on the cover′s leak-proofness of more than two sizes of milk powder cans.
