曲线工况及轨道激励对车轮多边形磨耗的影响分析

摘要 针对多边形车轮运行过程中的曲线工况和轨道激励问题,建立多边形磨耗模型,分析了曲线工况和轨道激励对多边形演变趋势的影响。仿真结果表明:相较于基于局部法的Archard模型,基于全局法的磨耗功模型计算效率更高,两种模型多边形磨耗演变趋势相同;轨道激励会显著增加轮轨垂向力;曲线工况和轨道激励不会改变车轮多边形演变的趋势。 Aiming at the problem of curve condition and track excitation in the running process of polygonal wheels,a polygonal wear model is established,and the influence of curve condition and track excitation on the evolution trend of polygonal wheels is analyzed.The simulation results show that the wear work model based on global method is more efficient than the Archard model based on local method,however,the evolution trend of polygonal wear of the two models is the same.Track excitation will significantly increase the wheel rail vertical force;while the curve condition and track excitation will not change the trend of wheel polygon evolution.
