摘要
针对主斜井带式输送机在运行过程中运量不同、动态特性复杂、系统不稳定容易产生噪音和振动等问题,以主斜井带式输送机为研究对象,采用数值模拟分析法在SimulationX中搭建出带式输送机动力学仿真模型,分析对比研究了斜井带式输送机四种启动时间下的动态特性,仿真结果表明:随着带式输送机启动时间延长,输送带机头位置张力逐渐增大,动态特性更加复杂,容易出现振动和冲击,当启动时间为120 s时,张力波动最小,冲击最小,为最佳的启动时间。研究结果可以为后期优化带式输送机结构提供参考依据。
Aiming at problems of the main inclined shaft belt conveyor such as different capacity,complex dynamic characteristics,unstable system and easy to produce noise and vibration in the operation process,the main inclined shaft belt conveyor is taken as the research object in this paper;the dynamics simulation model of the belt conveyor is constructed in SimulationX by using the numerical simulation and analysis method;and the dynamic characteristics of the four starting time of the inclined shaft belt conveyor are studied.The simulation results show that with extension of the starting time of belt conveyor,the conveyor belt head position tension is gradually increased,the dynamic features are more complex and prone to vibration and shock.When the startup time is 120s,the tension fluctuation is the smallest and impact is the smallest,which is the optimal startup time.The results can provide reference for later optimization of the belt conveyor structure.
