摘要
斜井下运带式输送机在多工况作用下会出现制动回路堵塞、制动失灵以及制动释放能量较大引起的制动系统故障问题,通过对斜井带式输送机制动工况及特点的分析,提出了不同制动工况下的制动技术方案,并利用数值模拟分析法对制动效果进行了验证,结果表明:此次提出的复合制动技术满足正常制动、停电制动以及突发紧急工况下的制动要求,有效保证了斜井带式输送机的可靠运行,提高了煤矿产量和效率,具有很好的推广价值和市场前景。
Aiming at the braking system failure caused by the brake circuit blockage,brake failure and large energy released by the brake in braking process of the belt conveyor in the inclined shaft under the action of multiple working conditions,the belt conveyor mechanism of the inclined shaft is analyzed.Based on analysis of the dynamic conditions and characteristics,the braking technology scheme under different braking conditions is proposed,and the braking effect is verified by the numerical simulation analysis.The results show that the composite braking technology proposed this time meets the braking requirements under the normal braking,the power failure braking and the sudden emergency conditions.It effectively ensures reliable operation of the inclined shaft belt conveyor and improves the output and efficiency of coal mines.It has great promotion value and market prospects.
