某飞机主起落架腐蚀机理及预防研究

摘要 固定翼飞机起落架系统的主要功用是在地面支撑飞机和保证其灵活运动,并在飞机着陆时承担缓冲和吸能。针对某固定翼轻型飞机的主起落架在四川盆地运行中出现不同程度的腐蚀等问题,为避免主起落架失效导致飞机损伤甚至出现飞行事故,通过对国内外该型飞机主起落架故障类型和数据分析,结合川内机场气象环境变化,确定了主起落架腐蚀的主要部位和原因。为防止主起落架腐蚀而出现结构损伤,针对设计缺陷和潮湿多酸运行环境提出了预防措施,实践证明预防措施可有效提高主起落架的可靠性。 The main function of fixed-wing aircraft landing gear system is to support the aircraft on the ground and ensure its flexible movement,and to bear the cushioning and energy absorption during landing.Aiming at the MLG of a fixed-wing light aircraft with different degrees of corrosion in operation in Sichuan Basin,in order to avoid aircraft damage and even flight accidents caused by MLG failure,the main parts and causes of MLG corrosion are determined by analyzing the failure types and data of the aircraft at China and abroad combined with the meteorological environment changes in Sichuan Basin.In order to prevent the structural damage caused by MLG corrosion,preventive measures are put forward for the design defects and the wet and acidic operating environment.The practice proves that preventive measures can effectively improve the reliability of MLG.
