摘要 针对风力发电机PC端远程监控和预警值无法随时更改的问题,设计出了基于Arduino的单片机风力发电机移动设备预警系统,重点采用电子机械技术与物联网技术对风力发电机进行了系统分模块的软硬件设计,通过对主控模块、分模块数据采集、通信模块、移动设备四者之间的连接和实验,验证了系统的完整性和准确性,解决了PC端预警不好携带和预警值无法更改的问题,为电力设备智能化和远程预警提供了有价值的参考。 Aiming at the problem and actual needs of remote monitoring and early warning value of wind turbine PC can not be changed at any time,an Arduino-based wind turbine mobile device early warning system is proposed.The software and hardware of the system sub-module are designed by using the electronic mechanical technology and Internet of Things technology after the field inspection of the wind turbine.The integrity and accuracy of the system is verified through the connection and experiment between the main control module,sub-module data acquisition,communication module and mobile device;and problems such as the PC-side early warning is not easy to carry and the early warning value cannot be changed are thus solved.It provides a valuable reference for the field of intelligentization and remote early warning of the electric power equipment.
