儿童单症状性夜间遗尿症行为疗法的最佳证据总结

Summary of the best evidence for behavioral therapy for monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis in children

目的:检索国内外儿童单症状性夜间遗尿症行为疗法的相关文献,总结最佳证据。方法:检索JBI Evidence Summary、PubMed、the Cochrane Library、Up To Date、医脉通、中国知网、万方数据库、国际儿童尿控协会等数据库及网站中有关遗尿症行为疗法的相关证据,包括指南、证据总结、系统评价、专家共识等,检索时限为2012年1月1日至2022年6月30日。文献质量评价是由2名经过系统循证护理培训的研究人员独立进行,同时提取和汇总相关证据。结果:共纳入13篇文献,其中临床决策、证据总结、系统评价各1篇,指南6篇、专家共识4篇,共总结出10个方面、26条证据,内容包括干预人群、全面评估、引导教育、调整生活作息、建立规律排尿、养成良好排便习惯、奖励机制、觉醒训练、膀胱训练和随诊。结论:本研究整合单症状性夜间遗尿症儿童行为疗法的最佳证据,可为单症状性夜间遗尿症儿童行为疗法提供循证依据,以期改善单症状性夜间遗尿症儿童症状,提高其生活质量。

Objective:To retrieve literature related to behavioral therapy for children with monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis(MNE)in China and abroad and to summarize the best evidence.Methods:Relevant pieces of evidence(including guidelines,evidence summary,systematic review,expert consensus,etc.)about behavioral therapy for MNS were retrieved from JBI Evidence Summary,PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Up To Date,Yimaitong,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang Database,International Pediatric Continence Association,and other databases and websites from January 1,2012 to June 30,2022.The literature quality evaluation was independently conducted by two researchers trained in systematic evidence-based nursing;relevant evidence was extracted and summarized at the same time.Results:A total of 13 articles were included,including 1 clinical decision-making,1 eviden ce summary,1 systematic review,6 guidelines,and 4 expert consensuses.A total of 10 aspects and 26 pieces of evidence were summarized,including intervention population,comprehensive evaluation,and guidance education,adjusting life schedule,establishing regular urination,developing good bowel habits,reward mechanism,awakening training,bladder training,and follow-up.Conclusion:This study integrated the best evidence of behavioral therapy for children with MNE,which could provide an evidence-based basis for behavioral therapy for children with MNE in order to improve the symptoms and quality of life of children with MNE.
