大豆和豌豆耐铝品种筛选研究综述

摘要 大豆和豌豆是在中国广泛种植的豆科经济作物,综述了大豆和豌豆耐铝品种的筛选工作,总结了铝胁迫下大豆和豌豆的生长状况和生理响应,归纳了大豆和豌豆耐铝品种的鉴定指标和筛选方法,并列举了所筛选的代表性耐铝品种。大豆和豌豆均对铝毒表现出不同品种的耐受性差异,以实验室培养和根系相对生长为鉴定指标可以快速有效地筛选出耐铝品种,为大豆和豌豆耐铝品种的遗传选育提供了参考依据。 Soybeans and peas are important economic crops in leguminous plants which are widely planted in China.This article reviews the selection work of aluminum(Al)-tolerant species of soybean and pea.The growth condition and physiological characteristics of soybean and pea under Al stress are summarized.The indicators and methods of selecting Al-tolerant species of soybean and pea are compared,and the representative Al-tolerant species of soybean and pea are listed respectively.Both soybean and pea have shown diversity in Al tolerance by different cultivars or genotypes.The use of laboratory cultivation with the relative root growth as identification index,Al-tolerant species can be selected out quickly and effectively,which provides a reference for the genetic selection of Al-tolerant species of soybean and pea.
