我国在步入发达国家行列前,先迎来了人口老龄化。人口是影响社会经济发展的关键因素,因此我们要积极应对人口老龄化,解决未富先老问题,针对低龄老年人再就业中需要破解的难题,针对我国实际,提出解决问题的措施。

China is facing an aging population before entering the rank of developed countries.Population is a key factor affecting social and economic development.Therefore,we need to actively respond to the issue of aging population in China and solve the problem of getting old before getting rich.This article aims to deal with difficulties existed in the reemployment of the young-old,and proposes relevant solutions according to the actual situation in China.
