摘要
随着技术垄断时代的来临,教师知识“垄断者”地位逐渐丧失,教师知识“加工者”地位日益被取缔,教师知识“贩卖者”地位日渐根深蒂固。之所以出现这些现象,是因为知识的易获取性冲击了教师知识权威的“垄断性”,知识的可建构性颠覆了教师知识权威的“独裁性”,知识的高利益性撼动了教师知识权威的“崇高性”。真正的权威是教育的源泉,没有权威,教育就无法展开。因此,在这个时代,教师既应辩证认识权威与技术,成为分享型的知识权威者,又应尊重学生的话语表达权,成为引导型的知识权威者,更应重视知识价值的引导,成为生命型的知识权威者。
With the advent of the era of technology monopoly,teachers’status as“monopolist”of knowledge is gradually losing,their status as“processor”of knowledge is increasingly being banned,and their status as“seller”of knowledge is becoming increasingly ingrained.The reason for these phenomena is that the accessibility of knowledge has impacted the“monopoly”of teachers’authority of knowledge,the constructability of knowledge has overturned the“dictatorship”of teachers’authority of knowledge,and the high interest of knowledge has shaken the“loftiness”of teachers’authority of knowledge.True authority is the source of education.Without authority,education cannot proceed.Therefore,in this era,teachers should not only dialectically understand authority and technology,becoming the knowledge authority of sharing type,but also respect the students’right to speak,becoming the knowledge authority of guiding type,and pay more attention to the guidance of knowledge value,becoming the knowledge authority of life type.
