Research on the Connotation Construction and Guarantee Mechanism of High Quality Development of Postgraduate Education

随着我国研究生招生规模的逐年增长,研究生教育质量成为高层次人才培养的关键问题和重点工作。为满足社会发展对人才的需求,高校需要对传统研究生教育管理方式进行改革和创新,以培养综合能力突出的高层次人才。文章分析了我国研究生教育培养中存在的问题,提出加强研究生教育的内涵建设、构建研究生教育高质量发展保障机制的相关建议,以期促进研究生教育的高质量发展。

With the annual growth of graduate enrollment in China,the quality of graduate education has become a key issue and key task in high level talent cultivation.In order to meet the demand for talent in social development,colleges and universities need to reform and innovate the traditional management mode of postgraduate education,in order to cultivate high level talents with outstanding comprehensive abilities.The article analyzes the problems in the graduate education and training in China,and proposes relevant suggestions to strengthen the connotation construction of postgraduate education and build a guarantee mechanism for the high quality development of postgraduate education,in order to promote the high quality development of postgraduate education.
