边缘人:一种学前师资培养的现象及思考

摘要 文章基于多年高校学前教育专业课程教学、课堂观察、教学比赛研讨与交流等活动中初步得出的结论,利用问卷调查、深度访谈、观察等方法,对某高校57位学前教育专任教师和来自全国16个省(自治区)25位参加国培计划的高校学前教育专任教师进行调研发现,高校学前师资培养中存在着一种“边缘人”现象,损害了教师的职业尊严,影响了专业师资团队的团结与建设,进而影响了学前教育师资的培养质量。文章分析了产生这一现象的原因,并对高校学前教育师资培养中“边缘人”的转化提出建议。 Based on the preliminary conclusions drawn from years of professional curriculum teaching,classroom observation,teaching competition seminars and exchanges in the field of preschool education in universities,this article uses methods such as questionnaire survey,in depth interviews,and observation to investigate 57 full time teachers of preschool education in a certain university and 25 full time teachers of preschool education from 16 provinces(autonomous regions)across the country who participate in theNational Training Program,and finds that there is a phenomenon of“marginal people”in the cultivation of preschool teachers in universities,which damages the professional dignity of teachers,affects the unity and construction of professional teaching staff,and ultimately affects the quality of training preschool education teachers.The article analyzes the reasons for this phenomenon and proposes suggestions for the transformation of“marginal people”in the cultivation of preschool education teachers in universities.
