建设学术特区是加快地方高校高质量发展的战略选择。总结提炼高校学术特区的学术内涵和现实意义,分析地方高校学术特区建设现状,提出其建设过程中存在研究领域布局重复、团队建设乏力、评估监督机制不健全等问题。结合湖南省地方高校学术特区建设实践,建议进一步完善地方高校学术特区建设机制,要立足学校学科优势特色、强化学科优秀人才引培、加强学校学科交叉、加强建设资金支持保障和统筹。

The construction of academic special zones is a strategic choice to accelerate the high-quality development of local colleges and universities.The paper summarizes the academic connotation and practical significance of academic special zones,analyzes the current situation of the construction of local academic special zones in colleges and universities,and points out problems such as duplicate research field layout,lack of team building,and incomplete evaluation and supervision mechanisms in the construction process.Based on the practice of constructing academic special zones in local colleges and universities in Hunan province,it is suggested to further improve the mechanism for constructing academic special zones in local colleges and universities on the basis of the school′s disciplinary advantages and characteristics,enhance the introduction and training of excellent talents in disciplines,intensify the intersection of disciplines in schools,and strengthen the support and coordination of construction fund support.
