专创协同视域下高职院校新商科人才培养的思考

Reflections on the Cultivation of New Business Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Specialization and Innovation Collaboration

高职院校在专创协同视域下培养新商科人才,既是数字经济发展的必然要求,也是商业模式创新的迫切要求,更是经济管理发展的实践要求。当前,部分高职院校开展这项工作还面临专创协同机制有待完善、专创协同水平不高、新商科师资力量较薄弱、新商科实践教学需强化的问题。对此,广大高职院校必须更新育人理念,完善专创协同机制;优化人才培养,提升专创协同水平;不断加强新商科师资队伍建设;深入推进新商科实践教学。

Cultivating new business talents in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of specialty and innovation collaboration is not only an inevitable requirement of digital economy development,but also an urgent requirement of business model innovation,and the practical requirement for the development of economic management.At present,some higher vocational colleges are still facing problems such as the need to improve the specialized innovation collaboration mechanism,the obviously low level of specialized innovation collaboration,the relatively weak strength of new business teachers,and the need to strengthen the practical teaching of new business.To this end,higher vocational colleges must update the concept of education,improve the mechanism of specialized innovation collaboration;optimize talent cultivation and enhance the level of specialization and innovation collaboration;continuously strengthen the construction of new business faculty in higher vocational colleges;and deeply promote the practical teaching of new business.
