高职院校工科专业劳动教育实践路径研究

摘要 劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容。高职院校劳动教育应与专业教育相融通,以实训实习为主要载体,注重在产教融合、岗课融通、社会实践中培养高素质技能人才。当前,一些高职院校工科专业还存在劳动教育主体意识有待提高、劳动教育实践载体有待拓展、劳动教育师资队伍有待加强、劳动教育评价体系有待优化等问题。鉴于此,应进一步将劳动教育融入工科专业人才培养方案,构建产教融合双元育人课程资源平台,建立专兼职相结合的劳动教育师资队伍,健全工科专业劳动教育考核指标体系,鼓励工科专业大学生进行创造性劳动。 Labor education is an important element of socialist educational system with Chinese characteristics.Labor education of engineering majors in higher vocational colleges should be integrated with professional education,with practical training and internship as the main carrier,and focus on cultivating high-quality skilled talents in the integration of industry and education,integration of post and class,and social practice.At present,there are still some problems in the engineering majors of some higher vocational colleges,such as the subject consciousness of labor education needs to be improved,the carrier of labor education practice needs to be expanded,the faculty of labor education needs to be strengthened,and the evaluation system of labor education needs to be optimized.In view of this,it is necessary to further integrate labor education into the training program of engineering professional talents,build a curriculum resource platform integrating industry and education,establish a team of labor education teachers combining full-time and part-time jobs,improve the evaluation index system of engineering professional labor education,and encourage engineering students to implement creative labor.
