水补土处理对熔融沉积三维打印模型涂膜性能的影响

摘要 为提高熔融沉积3D打印模型的后处理质量,探究水补土处理对熔融沉积3D打印模型涂膜性能的影响。以熔融沉积3D打印长方体块为试样,对试样表面进行“水补土+喷漆”的后处理操作。测试并分析了试样表面涂膜的颜色属性、色差、表面粗糙度、表面光泽度和附着力。结果表明:水补土处理可使熔融沉积3D打印模型涂膜颜色的明度和饱和度增加,涂膜颜色显得更浅、更鲜,同时有效减少了涂膜的色差,涂膜颜色分布更均匀;水补土处理可以有效减轻熔融沉积3D打印模型表面的“台阶效应”,消除模型表面的瑕疵,使涂膜粗糙度降低,提高了涂膜表面的光洁度和光泽度;水补土处理可使熔融沉积3D打印模型涂膜附着力增加,从而涂膜更加牢固,涂饰效果更佳。 In order to improve the post-processing quality of fused deposition 3D printing models,the effect of water replenishment on the coating properties of fused deposition 3D printing models was explored.Taking the fused deposition 3D printed cuboid block as the sample,the surface of the sample was subjected to post-treatment operations such as water replenishment and painting.The color properties,color difference,surface roughness,surface gloss and adhesion of the coating film on the surface of the samples were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the water replenishment treatment can increase the brightness and saturation of the color of the coating film of the fused deposition 3D printing model,and the color of the coating film is lighter and fresher,and at the same time,the color difference of the coating film is effectively reduced,and the color distribution of the coating film is more uniform;secondly,the water replenishment treatment can effectively reduce the“step effect”on the surface of the fused deposition 3D printing model,eliminate the defects on the surface of the model,reduce the roughness of the coating film,and improve the surface finish and gloss of the coating film;finally,the water replenishment treatment can increase the adhesion of the coating film of the fused deposition 3D printing model,which will make the coating film firmer and have a better finishing effect.
