官厅水库大坝高水位运行工况下安全状态评价

Safety state evaluation of Guanting Reservoir dam under high water level operation condition

摘要 官厅水库近年来有超汛限水位运行,作为首都水资源战略储备基地的定位,未来高水位运行或将成为常态。为应对高水位运行带来的风险,保障水库安全运行,开展大坝高水位运行工况下安全状态评价研究非常有必要。选用官厅水库1989年大坝加高后的安全监测资料,从变形和渗流2个方面,对大坝高水位运行工况下安全性态进行综合分析与评价,研判高水位运行风险,并对保障安全运行提出合理化建议。结果表明:大坝在高水位运行工况下呈渗流稳定状态,防渗效果良好;大坝沉降和水平位移总体规律正常,趋于稳定,未发现异常部位。本研究可为官厅水库及类似大中型水库土石坝的安全运行提供参考。 Guanting Reservoir has operated beyond the flood limit in recent years.As the positioning of the strategic reserve base of water resources in the capital,the high water level operation may become normal in the future.In order to deal with the risk of high water level operation and ensure the safe operation of the reservoir,it is very necessary to carry out the research on the evaluation of the safety state of the dam under high water level operation.Based on the safety monitoring data after the dam heightening of Guanting Reservoir in 1989,the safety behavior of the dam under high water level operation conditions is comprehensively analyzed and evaluated from the aspects of deformation and seepage,the risk of high water level operation is studied and judged,and reasonable suggestions are put forward to ensure safe operation.The results show that the dam is in a stable seepage state under high water level operation conditions,and the seepage prevention effect is good;The general law of dam settlement and horizontal displacement is normal,tends to be stable,and no abnormal parts are found.This study can provide reference for the safe operation of earth rock dams in Guanting Reservoir and similar large and medium-sized reservoirs.
