摘要
鉴于药品生产技术专业实践性强、高职学生基础理论弱而动手能力强,但“专创融合”实践理念不彻底等问题,结合学情分析和本专业课的特点,以激发和提高学生的学习兴趣和创新创业热情为出发点,探索基于兴趣小组项目驱动化的药品生产技术“专创”深度融合的实践课。在分析药品生产技术专业工作过程、岗位群属性和“专创融合”实践课探索的必要性基础上,本文提出从兴趣小组的建立、项目的开发、平台的构建、教师队伍及其考核评价等方面入手,即将教学任务分解到教科研创赛等各种项目中,构建任务引领的项目化驱动兴趣小组,以训练促创新,以创新育创业,真正实现将创新创业教育有机融入专业实践课,形成教育合力,以培养适应药品生产领域发展需求的高素质高技术技能型人才。
In view of the strong practicality of pharmaceutical production technology specialty,the weak basic theory and strong practical ability of higher vocational students,but the incomplete practice concept of“professional innovation integration”,this paper combines with the student situation analysis and the characteristics of the professional courses to explore the practical course of deep integration of“professional innovation”of pharmaceutical production technology driven by interest group projects,which can stimulate and improve the students'interest in learning and enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship as the starting point.Based on the analysis of the working process of the pharmaceutical production technology professional,the attributes of post group and the necessity of exploring of the practice course of“professional innovation integration”,this paper propose to start with the establishment of the interest groups,the development of projects,the construction of platforms and teachers as well as the teachers'assessment and evaluation,that is,to decompose the teaching tasks into various projects such as teaching,scientific research and innovation competition,and construct task-led project-driven interest groups to promote innovation through training and cultivate entrepreneurship through innovation,so as to truly realize the organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional practice courses,form a joint force of education,and cultivate high-quality talents with high technical skills to meet the development needs of the pharmaceutical production field.
