基于信息化的双路径健康教育模式在肾穿刺活检术患者围手术期的应用效果

Application effect of information-based dual-path health education model in the perioperative period of patients undergoing renal puncture biopsy

目的探讨基于信息化的双路径健康教育模式在肾穿刺活检术患者围手术期的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2021年2月至2022年2月龙岩市第一医院收治的180例肾穿刺活检术患者作为研究对象,其中90例患者采用常规健康教育模式,作为对照组,另90例患者采用基于信息化的双路径健康教育模式护理干预,作为研究组。比较两组在进行相应的健康教育模式护理干预前后心理状况、自我护理能力、健康教育满意度评分及术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组干预后焦虑抑郁评分低于对照组,自我护理能力评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组健康教育满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于信息化的双路径健康教育模式相较于传统健康教育模式可显著改善肾穿刺活检术围手术期患者心理状况及自我护理能力,提高对医院健康教育实施的满意度,从而更好地促进医患沟通,并减少术后并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of information-based dual-path health education model in the perioperative period of patients undergoing renal puncture biopsy.Methods A total of 180 patients who met the inclusion criteria for renal puncture biopsy admitted to Longyan First Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were retrospectively selected as study subjects,90 patients were treated with the conventional health education model as the control group and the other 90 patients were treated with the information-based dual-path health education model nursing intervention as the study group.The psychological status,self-care ability,health education satisfaction and the occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups before and after the corresponding health education mode nursing intervention.Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the self-care ability score was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of health education in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The information-based dual-path health education model can significantly improve the psychological condition and self-care ability of patients during the perioperative period of renal puncture biopsy compared with the traditional health education model,and improve satisfaction with the implementation of health education in hospitals,thus better promoting doctor-patient communication and reducing the occurrence of postoperative complications.
