摘要 探索氟苯尼考固体分散体的最佳配比方案和制备方法。以聚乙二醇2000、4000、6000为载体,采用熔融法和溶剂法制备氟苯尼考固体分散体,对比其溶出率,筛选其最佳制备方法和药辅比。结果显示,聚乙二醇2000、4000、6000对氟苯尼考有明显的增溶作用。以聚乙二醇4000为载体,采用熔融法制备比例为1∶5的氟苯尼考固体分散体溶出效果最好,该制备方法操作简便,易于质量控制,有效地提高了氟苯尼考的溶出度。 To explore the best proportioning scheme and preparation method of flufenicol solid dispersion.Flufenicol solid dispersion was prepared with polyethylene glycol 2000,4000 and 6000 as carrier by melting method and solvent method.The dissolution rate was compared,and the best preparation method and the ratio of drug to drug were screened.The results showed that polyethylene glycol 2000,4000 and 6000 had obvious solubilizing effect on flufenicol.Using polyethylene glycol 4000 as the carrier,flufenicol solid dispersion with a ratio of 1∶5 was prepared by melting method.The preparation method was simple and easy to control the quality,and effectively improved the dissolution of flufenicol.
