摘要
本文基于信息化、网络化、智能化和绿色化4个维度,架构了中国工业数字化水平评价的指标体系,并结合熵权法对2011~2021年中国30个省(区、市)的工业数字化发展水平进行了系统评价,还结合Dagum基尼系数和Kernel核密度估计对中国工业数字化水平的区域差异及动态演变进行了有效的解析。研究发现:目前中国工业数字化水平处于波动上升发展态势,但发展水平低、区域差异大仍是制约工业数字化水平快速提升的主要因素;同时,广大中、西部内陆地区工业数字化发展滞后,也是摆在中国新型工业化“走深走实”面前的一大难题。建议从促进区域工业数字化协同发展、进一步强化工业智能化及推动工业绿色化转型发展等入手,推动中国工业数字化水平全维度提升。
This paper constructs an index for calculating China's industrial digitalization level from four dimensions of infor⁃matization,networking,intelligence,and greening,and calculates the industrial digitalization level of 30 provinces in China du⁃ring 2011~2021 by the entropy method.Meanwhile,we also explain the spatiotemporal evolution of China's industrial digitalization level from the perspective of different spatial groups by the methods of Dagum's Gini coefficient and kernel density estimation.Con⁃clusions show that China's industrial digitalization level is in a trend of fluctuation and rising development recently.However,the low level of development and large spatial differences are still the main factors restricting the rapid improvement of the industrial digi⁃talization level.What's more,the bigger and bigger gap in development level among the eight regional economic regions and 30 provinces is also a major problem in front of China's new industrialization.We suggest promoting the overall improvement of China's industrial digitalization level from the following three aspects:first,continuously promote the coordinated development of regional industrial digitalization;second,further strengthen and improve the level of industrial intelligence;third,further promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial greening.
