区域制造业数字化转型评价及影响机制研究

Research on Evaluation and Influence Mechanism of Digital Transformation of Regional Manufacturing Industry

制造业的发展对我国经济起到了支撑作用,但贸易摩擦等问题日趋加剧,迫使制造业转型升级。制造业在进行数字化转型时,面临着不均衡、不全面等问题。为了更好地促进我国制造业高质量发展,本文构建了区域制造业数字化转型的评价指标体系,利用灰色关联分析模型,对2017~2021年我国30个省、直辖市、自治区的制造业数字化转型程度与制造业转型绩效的关联度进行计算,并对不同数字化发展水平地区的影响机制进行了研究。结果表明:为了最大程度实现制造业的高质量发展,数字化发展领先的地区应该更加重视绿色发展,中等的地区应该更加重视创新和成果的转化,落后的地区应该更加重视营销模式的改革。

The development of manufacturing industry supports the development of China's economy.Trade frictions and ot⁃her problems are becoming more and more serious,forcing the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.However,in the process of digital transformation,the manufacturing industry is facing some problems,such as imbalance and incompleteness.In order to better promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of regional manufacturing industry digital transformation,uses the grey correlation analysis model to calculate the correlation be⁃tween the degree of manufacturing industry digital transformation and manufacturing industry transformation performance in 30 prov⁃inces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 2017 to 2021,and studies the influence mechanism of regions with dif⁃ferent digital development levels.The results show that in order to maximize the high-quality development of manufacturing indus⁃try,regions with leading digital development level should pay more attention to green development,regions with medium digital de⁃velopment level should pay more attention to innovation and achievement transformation,and regions with backward digital develop⁃ment level should pay more attention to the reform of marketing mode.
