兰西城市群协同创新网络的结构洞与中间人研究

Research on the Structural Hole and Middleman of the Collaborative Innovation Network of Lan-Xi Urban Agglomeration

城市群协同创新网络的优化有利于促进城市群和区域经济的发展,推动区域治理体系和治理能力的现代化。为研究兰西城市群协同创新网络的现状,分析网络中优势主体充当的角色,本文收集2018~2022年兰西城市群联合申请专利,利用社会网络分析法从产学研网络和城际关系网络两个维度,研究了兰西城市群协同创新内、外部产学研网络和城际关系网络的结构洞与中间人。兰西城市群协同创新产学研网络整体松散、韧性不足。以兰州大学和青海大学为代表的高校占据着结构洞的位置并积极充当中间人,促进了城际关系的产生;网络内部缺少创新能力较强的核心企业,技术市场能力较弱,导致高校和科研机构更趋于与外部主体开展合作;兰州与西宁控制着城际关系网络,并通过充当守门人和代理人与城市群外部城市建立合作的关系。

The optimization of the collaborative innovation network of urban agglomerations is conducive to promoting the de⁃velopment of urban agglomerations and regional economies,and promoting the modernization of regional governance systems and governance capabilities.In order to study the status quo of the collaborative innovation network of Lan-Xi urban agglomerations and analyze the roles played by the dominant players in the network,this article collects the joint patent applications of Lan-Xi urban agglomerations from 2018 to 2022,and uses social network analysis to study Lan-Xi cities Research on the structural holes and in⁃termediaries of internal and external industry-university-research networks and inter-city relationship networks in group collabora⁃tive innovation.The Lan-Xi urban agglomeration collaborative innovation production-university-research network is generally loose and insufficiently resilient.Colleges and universities represented by Lanzhou University and Qinghai University occupy the position of structural holes and actively act as intermediaries,which promotes the emergence of inter-city relations;the lack of core enter⁃prises with strong innovation capabilities within the network and weak technical market capabilities have led to universities and scien⁃tific research Institutions tend to cooperate more with external entities;Lanzhou and Xining control the inter-city relationship net⁃work and establish cooperation with cities outside the urban agglomeration by acting as gatekeepers and agents.
