职教师范生信息化教学能力“分阶协同”培养模式研究

摘要 随着职业教育数字化转型战略的全面实施,信息化教学能力作为职教师范生之核心素养的价值愈加凸显。为突破当前职教师范生信息化教学能力培养中信息化教学能力内涵理解的片面性、职教教师教育课程内容的割裂性和信息化教学能力培养过程的封闭性之现实困境,应从“分阶递进”“多元协同”和“成果导向”三个层面着力,构建“分阶协同”的职教师范生信息化教学能力培养模式,实现职业情感、教育理论、技术操作、专业知识和教学实践的有效融通,系统化培养和提升职教师范生的信息化教学能力。 With the full implementation of the digital transformation strategy of vocational education,the value of informatization teaching ability as the core quality of students in higher vocational teacher's colleges has become more and more prominent.In order to break through the realistic dilemma of the one-sided understanding of the connotation of the informatization teaching ability,the fragmentation of the curriculum content and closure of the training process in the cultivation of the informatization teaching ability for students in higher vocational teacher's colleges,efforts should be made from three levels:“phased and progressive”,“multi aspects coordinated”and“achievement oriented”to construct a“phased and coordinated”training model for cultivating the informatization teaching ability for them,realizing the effective integration of professional emotions,educational theories,technical operations,professional knowledge and teaching practice.Thus,the informatization teaching ability for students in higher vocational teacher's colleges can be developed and promoted systematically.
