财经商贸职业本科教育人才培养:动因、逻辑与路径 被引量:3

摘要 探索基于财经商贸领域特色的职业本科教育人才培养规律和路径,对厘清我国职业本科教育人才培养定位、推动职业本科教育建设具有重要价值。财经商贸职业教育从专科延伸至本科是基于数字经济产业变革的经济动因和对高质量职业教育需求的社会动因双重作用下的必然结果。财经商贸职业本科教育人才培养要在厘清其人才培养边界的基础上,按照技术逻辑、学科逻辑、应用逻辑“融合共生”实施开展。构建政研校行企多方协同的多元人才培养机制、技术文化双赋能的“四类型融通”课程体系、“四位一体”实践教学体系、双师双能的师资队伍是实现财经商贸职业教育本科人才培养目标的重要路径。 Exploring the rule and path of vocational undergraduate education based on the characteristics of financial and commercial fields is of great value for clarifying the orientation of talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate education in China and promoting the construction of vocational undergraduate education.The extension of vocational education in finance and commerce from junior college to undergraduate is the inevitable result of the dual effects of the economic motivation of the digital economy industry transformation and the social motivation of the demand for high-quality vocational education.On the basis of clarifying the boundaries of talent training,the cultivation of talents in vocational undergraduate education of finance and commerce should be carried out in accordance with the"integration and symbiosis"of technical logic,discipline logic and application logic.The path of talent cultivation of vocational undergraduate education in finance and commerce can be realized by building a diversified talent cultivation mechanism with multi-party collaboration between government,research,school,industry and enterprise,a"four-type integration"curriculum system empowered by technology and culture,a"four-in-one"practical teaching system,and a faculty team with dual abilities.
