基于COMET能力模型的教学改革研究与实践——以高职数控加工软件编程课程为例 被引量:1

Research and Practice of Teaching Reform Based on the COMET Capability Model——Taking the Course of CNC Machining Software Programming as an Example

摘要 以高职数控加工软件编程课程为例,基于COMET能力模型能力维度,升级课程教学目标,将受教育者的知识、技能、态度、价值观培养融为一体;基于COMET能力模型内容维度,依据其能力发展的五阶段理论,对课程教学内容进行重新选取和组织;基于COMET能力模型行动维度,对课程教学实施进行优化设计,单项训练任务采取“示范—模仿—尝试—拓展”教学模式,综合训练任务采取“自主式开放型课堂”教学模式。研究目的是提升学生的职业综合素质和行动能力,提高学生培养质量,增强学生的就业竞争力,同时力求为其他课程教学改革提供范例参考。 In this paper,the numerical control machining software programming course in higher vocational colleges is taken as an example.Based on the ability dimension framework of COMET ability model,the teaching objectives of the course are upgraded to integrate the cultivation of knowledge,skills,attitudes and values of the educated.Based on the content dimension of COMET ability model and the five-stage theory of its ability development,the teaching content of the course is re-selected and re-organized.Based on the action dimension of COMET ability model,the teaching implementation process of the course is optimized.The single training task adopts the"demonstration-imitation-trial-expansion"teaching mode and the comprehensive training task adopts the teaching mode of"autonomous open classroom".The purpose of this study is to improve students'comprehensive vocational quality and action ability,improve students'training quality,and enhance students'employment competitiveness.At the same time,it aims to provide examples for teaching reform of other courses through this study.
