摘要
创造性思维是培养创新型人才的核心,是个体能够产生创意构想的认知过程。在新医科背景下,培养大学生的创造性思维对医学教育体系至关重要。论述了大学生创造性思维培养的影响因素以及我国大学生创造性思维培养存在的问题及原因,并对大学生创造性思维的培养提出了对策。
Creative thinking is the core of cultivating innovative talents.It is the cognitive process in which an individual can produce a creative idea.Under the new medical background,cultivating college students'creative thinking is crucial to the medical education system.This article mainly discusses the influence factors and the problem and reasons of talent creative thinking training of college students,and puts forward some countermeasures..
