摘要 随着高职院校课程思政建设的持续推进,探讨高职教师课程思政教学能力的内涵及构成问题尤为重要。在界定高职教师课程思政内涵的基础上,概括了其政治性、融合性、职业性、实践性、创新性等特征。结合中国国情,基于冰山模型及洋葱模型,以教师能力三维分析模型为基础,构建了高职教师课程思政教学能力模型,并提出了高职教师课程思政教学能力提升策略。 With the continuous promotion of the curriculum ideological and political construction in higher vocational colleges,it is particularly important to explore the connotation and composition of ideological and political teaching ability of higher vocational teachers.On the basis of defining the ideological and political connotations of vocational teachers'teaching abilities,this paper has summarized the characteristics of the abilities as political,integrated,professional,practical,and innovative.Combining with China's national conditions,based on the three-dimensional analysis model of teachers'ability,together with the iceberg model and the onion model,this paper has constructed the ideological and political teaching ability model of higher vocational teachers,and has put forward the improvement strategy of ideological and political teaching ability of higher vocational teachers.
