“三全育人”视域下高职学生企业实践环节中思想政治教育研究——以唐山工业职业技术学院为例

Research on Ideological and Political Education in the Enterprise Practice of Higher Vocational Students from the Perspective of"Three Complete Education"——Taking Tangshan Polytechnic College as an Example

为提升职业院校“三全育人”水平、提高学生思想政治教育质量,通过个案调查分析、实地访谈、文献检索等方式调查学生在企业实习过程中存在的思想政治问题,就此进行探讨研究,提出完善校企合作制度、优化实践环节思想政治教育内容、构建思政专任教师在内的“三导师”制等解决方案,进而深化高职院校企业实践环节中思想政治教育研究,助力提升职业院校企业实践环节“三全育人”水平。

In order to promote the level of“Three Complete Education”in vocational colleges and universities and improve the quality of ideological and political education for students,this paper investigates the ideological and political problems of students in the process of enterprise practice through case investigation and analysis,field interviews,and literature retrieval,and conducts research on this.It puts forward solutions such as improving the school-enterprise cooperation system,optimizing the content of ideological and political education in the practice link,and building a“Three Tutors”system including full-time ideological and political teachers,to deepen the research on ideological and political education in enterprise practice in vocational colleges and help improve the level of“Three Complete Education”in enterprise practice in vocational colleges.
