As one of the representatives of Tongcheng School in the middle period,Dai Junheng not only has rich works in literature,but also cares about the education of Tongxiang.He founded Tongxiang Academy with his fellow townsman,actively expressed his educational ideas and practiced them in the Academy.Dai's management of Tongxiang academy mainly includes teaching management,teacher management,student management,fund management,facility management and director system.Tongxiang Academy has achieved remarkable results in running schools for its effective management,benefiting its hometown,and has received many praises.
