摘要
合理的设备信息建模是实现地铁智能变电站信息交互的关键问题。采用IEC61850标准现有逻辑节点(LN)实例化保护逻辑节点(定时限过电流保护PTOC、低电压保护PTUV和接触网热过负荷保护PTTR),根据标准扩充电流上升率和电流增量保护(DDL保护)及框架泄露保护LN类(PDDL、PFLC)信息。综合“虚端子”工程方案和标准中Inputs的定义,刻画保护智能电子设备(保护IED)与其他设备之间信息交互模型(虚拟输入/输出信息模型)和保护IED内各LN之间信息交互模型。通过某地铁牵引降压混合变电所保护配置及功能实现案例表明:越区隔离开关闭锁、所内直流馈线保护和双边联跳保护实现过程可通过信息交互模型清晰展现,验证了地铁直流馈线保护信息建模方案的合理性和可能性。
Reasonable equipment information modeling is the key problem to realize subway intelligent substation information exchange.Use the existing LN in IEC61850 to create a protection logical node instance(Fixed time overcurrent protection PTOC、Low voltage protection PTUV、Overhead catenary thermal overload protection PTTR),expand the LN(PDDL、PFLC)class information of current rise rate and current increment protection(DDL protection)and frame leakage protection according to the standard.Comprehensive"virtual terminal"engineering scheme and standard in the definition of Inputs,describe the information interaction model protecting IED with other IED(virtual input/output information model)and protection of the LN between IED information interaction model.Protection configuration and function realization case of the mixed traction and step-down substation of metro show that:Over the zone isolation switch locking、DC feeder protection and bilateral jump protection can be clearly displayed through the information interaction model,verify the rationality of metro dc feeder protection information modeling solutions and possibilities.
