In the context of the construction of"Double High"and quality improvement projects in vocational colleges,it is particularly important to establish a training and research base for teachers in ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges.This article explores and studies from five aspects:improving the organizational structure of the training and research base,developing various functions of the training and research base,cultivating various types of resources for training and research,implementing specific training methods,establishing objectives for the construction of the training and research base,and future development.
