传统观点认为《俄藏敦煌文献》Дx19076R号契约文书是西夏借贷契。从内容上看,该文书确有借贷契的特征,但从其实质而言,应为买卖契、典当契、交换契中的一种。从年代来看,该文书为西夏契约无疑。它的准确定性及断代对于研究西夏时期的交易制度、契约文书程式乃至西夏的经济、法律都有重大意义。

The traditional view is that the contract documentДx19076R of“Russian-Tibetan Dunhuang Documents”is the loan contract of the Western Xia Dynasty.From the content point of view,the document does have the characteristics of loan contract,but from its essence,it should be one of the sale contract,pawn contract and exchange contract.Judging from the age,the document is undoubtedly a contract of the Western Xia Dynasty.Its accurate characterization and dating are of great significance to the study of the transaction system,contract documents and even the economy and law of the Western Xia Dynasty.
