后疫情时期中欧职业足球发展的治理矛盾与镜鉴启示

Governance Contradictions and Reflections on the Development of Professional Football in China and Europe in the Post-COVID-19 era

职业足球发展过程中,追逐“最大获胜”和“最大获利”之间的矛盾一直存在,新冠疫情爆发后,大量俱乐部收支失衡,球队与资本在不断寻求新的平衡点。进入到后疫情时期,中欧职业足球发展的治理矛盾又出现了新的变化,基于国际比较法和逻辑演绎法探究后疫情时期中欧洲职业足球发展呈现出的治理矛盾新特征,由此发挥镜鉴作用,提出切实可行的发展建议。研究认为,后疫情时期,欧洲精英足球俱乐部在谋求更大的话语权,扩大商业收入成为了主要诉求,而新兴技术和媒介环境的变化又在一定程度上改变了传统的话语体系;我国职业足球的矛盾则依然来自于顶层管理者、投资企业、俱乐部和球迷等主要利益相关者。由此提出,明确职业足球发展过程中的治理责任,优化市场环境及提升市场能力,打造可持续的发展生态和全产业链,以寻找新时期职业足球发展的新机遇。

In the development process of professional football,the contradiction between the pursuit of "maximum win" and "maximum profit" has always existed.After the outbreak of COVID-19,a large number of clubs are out of balance,and teams and capital are constantly seeking a new balance point.Entering into the post-epidemic period,the governance contradictions of the development of professional football in China and Europe have seen new changes.Based on the international comparison method and the logic deduction method,the governance contradictions of the development of professional football in Europe during the epidemic period have been explored,thus playing a mirror role and putting forward feasible development suggestions.According to the study,in the post-epidemic period,elite football clubs in Europe are seeking greater discourse power,and expanding commercial income has become the main demand,while the changes of emerging technologies and the media environment have changed the traditional discourse system to some extent.The contradiction of professional football still comes from the top management,investment enterprises,clubs and fans,and other major stakeholders.Therefore,it is proposed to clarify the governance responsibility in the development process of professional football,optimize the market environment and enhance the market ability,and create a sustainable development ecology and the whole industrial chain,to find new opportunities for the development of professional football in the new era.
