高校体育教师工作满意度影响因素及路径选择——基于扎根理论的质性分析 被引量:1

摘要 高校体育教师已经成为教师队伍中不可忽视的力量,了解其工作满意度影响因素对于提升高校体育教育质量有着重要意义。运用经典扎根理论质性研究方法,对18位高校体育教师进行半结构化深度访谈,通过NVivo12.0软件进行整理与编码,构建了高校体育教师工作满意度影响因素理论模型。结果显示:高校体育教师在生理、心理、社会角色影响下,工作满意度影响因素由个体特征、人际关系、职业认知、保障条件、学校管理、学校环境、外部环境7个类属构成。其中,人际关系、职业认知是影响工作满意度的内在驱动因素;个体特征具有内在不可控性,具有中介变量的特征;保障条件、学校管理、学校环境、外部环境是影响工作满意度的外部驱力因素。最后,从模型的核心类属方面提出了提高体育教师工作满意度的路径。 College physical education teachers have become a force that can not be ignored in the teaching team.It is of great significance to understand the influencing factors of their job satisfaction for realizing the integration of physical education and improving the quality of college physical education.Using the qualitative research method of classical grounded theory,this paper conducts semi-structured in-depth interviews with 18 college physical education teachers and constructs a theoretical model of influencing factors of College Physical Education Teachers' job satisfaction through NVivo12.0 software.The results show that:under the influence of physiological,psychological,and social roles,the influencing factors of job satisfaction are composed of seven categories:individual characteristics,interpersonal relationship,professional cognition,security conditions,school management,school environment,and external environment.Among them,interpersonal relationships and professional cognition are the internal driving factors affecting job satisfaction;individual characteristics have the characteristics of internal uncontrollability and intermediary variables;security conditions,school management,school environment,and external environment are the external driving factors affecting job satisfaction.Finally,from the core category of the model,it puts forward the path to improve the job satisfaction of physical education teachers.
