摘要
本研究回顾了微重力对成骨细胞分化的影响,综述微重力环境下信号通路和表观遗传对成骨细胞分化的调控作用,并重点介绍了MAPK/ERK、Wnt/β-catenin、BMP/Smad信号通路以及非编码RNA的作用机制。最后,总结当前针对微重力环境下骨量流失的治疗措施,为后期通过促进成骨分化来治疗太空微重力下骨丢失提供理论依据。
In recent years,the molecular mechanism of microgravity regulating osteoblast differentiation has become a hot topic.Herein the effects of microgravity on osteoblast differentiation are reviewed,and the regulations of signaling pathways and epigenetic inheritance on osteoblast differentiation in a microgravity environment is summarized,with emphases on the action mechanisms of MAPK/ERK,Wnt/β-catenin,BMP/Smad signaling pathways and non-coding RNA.Finally,the current therapeutic measures for bone loss in a microgravity environment are introduced for providing a theoretical basis for the treatment of bone loss in space microgravity through the promotion of osteogenic differentiation in the later stage.
