摘要
[目的/意义]生命科学的数据管理对科学研究具有重要意义,探讨三大生命科学平台的数据管理机制,能为我国生命科学数据管理方法提供借鉴和参考。[方法/过程]以数据生命周期为基础,通过文献调研和网络调研,围绕数据生命周期剖析国内外相关生命科学政策,从数据生命周期各个阶段分析DDBJ、ENA以及Genbank三大数据库平台的数据管理机制。[结果/结论]制定完善政策、拓宽数据来源、加强技术创新、注重基础设施建设、定制多元组织标准是生命科学数据管理的重要基石。
[Purpose/significance]Data management in life sciences is of great significance to scientific research and exploring the data management mechanisms of the three major life science platforms can provide reference for the management of life science data in China.[Method/process]Based on the data life cycle,this study analyzes the data management mechanisms of the three major database platforms,DDBJ,ENA,and Genbank,from each stage of the data life cycle by analyzing the relevant life science policies at home and abroad through literature research and network research around the data life cycle.[Result/conclusion]Formulating sound policies,broadening the sources of data,strengthening technological innovation,focusing on infrastructure construction,and diversifying organizational standards customization are important cornerstones of life science data management.
