固化淤泥掺建筑垃圾制备免烧砖的研究

摘要 为解决由疏浚工程产生的淤泥的堆积问题并有效提高淤泥的循环利用率,以淤泥为主体材料,建筑垃圾为骨料,掺入固化剂和水泥,制备免烧砖,并研究不同因素对免烧砖性能的影响。免烧砖性能按GB/T 2542—2012《砌墙砖试验方法》测试。结果表明:以质量分数60%淤泥、20%建筑垃圾、20%水泥,并掺入与水泥等量的10%质量浓度的固化剂溶液,水灰比为0.5,制备的免烧砖抗压强度为10.07 MPa,抗折强度为2.74 MPa,吸水率为12.87%,符合《砌墙砖试验方法》的要求。淤泥免烧砖的制备能提高淤泥和建筑垃圾的循环利用率,符合绿色发展的要求。 To solve the problem of accumulation of silt caused by dredging engineering and effectively improve the recycling efficiency of dredged silt,unfired brick was prepared by using silt as the main material,construction waste as aggregate,adding curing agent and cement,the effects of different factors on the properties of unfired brick were studied.The performance of unfired bricks was tested according to GB/T 2542—2012"Test Method for Wall Bricks".The results show that the compressive strength,flexural strength and water absorption of the unfired brick prepared are 10.07,2.74 MPa and 12.87%,respectively with mass fractions of 60%sludge,20%construction waste,and 20%cement,adding a curing agent of 10%mass concentration with the amount same to that of cement,and a 0.5 water-cement ratio.And the parameters can meet the requirements of"Test Method for Wall Bricks".The preparation of silt-unfired brick can improve the recycling rate of silt and construction waste,meeting the requirements of green sustainable development.
