摘要
城市韧性已成为城市健康、高质量发展的关键点之一。运用多指标综合加权法、全局莫兰指数等方法,从生态、经济、社会和基础设施4个维度对成渝地区双城经济圈16个城市2005-2018年城市韧性时空演变状况进行分析研究,并借助障碍度模型诊断成渝地区双城经济圈城市韧性提升的主要障碍因子。结果表明:成渝地区双城经济圈城市综合韧性指数在研究期内整体呈现上升趋势,但韧性指数不高;重庆、成都两市韧性指数上升幅度远大于其他城市,韧性“极端化”现象显著;空间分布格局呈现“两端凸显,中部凹陷”状态,“虹吸效应”明显;阻碍成渝地区双城经济圈城市韧性提升的主要障碍因子集中在经济和基础设施系统,研究期内基本稳定且影响长久。
Urban resilience has become one of the key points for healthy and high-quality development of cities.Using the multi-indicator comprehensive weighting method and the global Moran index,the spatial and temporal evolution of urban resilience of 16 cities in the twin-city economic circle in Chengdu-Chongqing region from 2005 to 2018 was analyzed and studied in four dimensions:ecology,economy,society and infrastructure.The obstacle model was used to diagnose the main obstacle factors of the improvement of urban resilience in the twin-city economic circle in Chengdu-Chongqing region.The results show that the overall urban resilience index of Chengdu-Chongqing twin-city economic circle exhibits an increasing trend during the study period,but the resilience index is not high;The increase of the resilience index of Chongqing and Chengdu is much larger than that of other cities,and the phenomenon of resilience“extremes”is significant;The spatial distribution pattern shows“prominent at both ends and depressed in the middle”with obvious“siphon effect”;The main obstacle factors hindering the improvement of urban resilience in the twin-city economic circle of Chengdu and Chongqing are concentrated in the economic and infrastructure systems,which are basically stable and have a long-lasting impact during the study period.
