摘要
自2014年教育部在全国开展学徒制试点工作以来,参与三批现代学徒制试点的409所高职院校多数通过验收。以教育生态学为视角分析现代学徒制试点工作管理平台的数据资料,发现政府、院校及企业作为生态运行的利益相关主体,基本建立起了协同育人机制,营造了良好的运行环境,但依然存在因生态主体行为的不确定性导致整体推进学徒制缓慢、学徒育训的规范及制度保障需进一步架构、产教作为不同的跨界组织系统运行动力不足等问题。因此,应着力搭建汇聚优质教育资源的平台、全面落实新修订的《职业教育法》,形成规范的学徒育训标准、升级跨界发展支持系统破除运行障碍,以便进一步全面推行现代学徒制。
Since the Ministry of Education launched the apprenticeship pilot program nationwide in 2014,most of the 409 higher vocational colleges that participated in the three batches of modern apprenticeship pilot programs have passed the acceptance test.The paper,from the perspective of educational ecology,analyses the data of the manage⁃ment platform of modern apprenticeship pilot work,finding that governments,colleges and enterprises,as stakehold⁃ers in ecological operation,have basically established a resource balance mechanism for collaborative education and cre⁃ated a good operating environment,but there are still uncertainties in the behavior of ecological subjects,resulting in the slow promotion of the overall apprenticeship system,the poorly-framed regulation and institutional guarantee of ap⁃prenticeship training,and the insufficient operation power of industry and education as different cross-border organiza⁃tional systems.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on building a platform to gather high-quality educational resources,fully implement the newly revised Vocational Education Law,form standardized apprenticeship training standards,and upgrade the cross-border development support system to remove operational obstacles,so as to further implement the modern apprenticeship system.
