思政元素融入高职院校招聘与测评技能课程教学实践研究

Practical Research on Integrating Ideological and Political Elements into“Recruitment and Evaluation Skills”Course Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

大国工匠、职业素养和理想信念是高职院校招聘与测评技能专业核心课的思政教育三大主题。本课程组对招聘与测评技能课程思政元素进行挖掘、提炼,探讨思政元素融入课程教学的方案设计,以模拟面试任务为例,引导学生明确教学任务的知识、能力和思政目标,将思政元素有机融入全部教学环节和教学活动。通过实践和对学生的问卷调查,发现招聘与测评技能课程思政元素融入教学取得了良好的育人效果。

The three themes of the ideological and political education in the core course of Recruitment and Evalua⁃tion Skills are the“spirit of fine craftsmanship”,“professional quality”and“ideal and faith”.The paper discusses how to refine and integrate ideological and political elements into“recruitment and evaluation skills”course.Taking the task of mock interview as an example,it should be clarified the objectives of knowledge,competence and ideologi⁃cal and political education and integrate ideological and political elements into the whole process of teaching and activi⁃ties.According to the teaching practice and survey of students,it is found that the course has achieved a good effect in educating students through integrating ideological and political elements into it.
