摘要
做好新时代育人工作,需坚持全员、全过程、全方位育人。班主任在中职院校中的作用不容忽视。为落实立德树人根本任务,夯实“三全育人”工作体系,要从完善队伍建设机制、构建工作协同机制、优化工作方式、重视自我提高等方面提升中职班主任专业能力。
The new era education should be based on“full-scale education,whole-process education and allaround education”(Three-wide Education).The head teachers are of great importance in secondary vocational schools.In order to implement the fundamental task of cultivating students’morality and consolidate the work system of"Three-wide Education",their professional competence should be improved from the the following aspects:improving the team building mechanism,building the working coordination mechanism,optimizing the working methods,and fo⁃cusing on self-improvement.
