增值评价融入精准教学的内在逻辑与实践路径 被引量:2

摘要 增值评价聚焦于学生在学习过程中获得的“净效应”,是一种体现教育公平和基于学习动机建构的评价模式。增值评价与精准教学的目标、实施过程及对大数据采集等现代信息技术的依赖保持同频同步。将增值评价有机融入精准教学既能充分发挥增值评价教育指挥棒的功效,又能助力精准教学策略的有效实施,具有理论研究和实践探索的双重价值。当前增值评价融入精准教学面临如何实现教育大数据的有效采集及合理使用等难题,各类学校可通过构建科学合理的增值评价指标体系,搭建教育大数据集成和共享平台,全面收集“教”和“学”全过程动态数据,利用增值评价结果指导和干预精准教学过程等方式,探索增值评价融入精准教学的实践路径。 Value-added evaluation focuses on the"net effect"obtained by students in the learning process,which is an evaluation model that is based on the construction of learning motivation and reflects educational equity.It is syn⁃chronized with the ultimate goal of precision teaching,the implementation process and the dependence on modern infor⁃mation technology used to collect big data.Organically integrating value-added evaluation into precision teaching can not only give full play to the directing function of value-added evaluation education,but also assist the effective implementa⁃tion of precision teaching strategies,which has the dual value of theoretical research and practical exploration.At pres⁃ent,the integration of value-added evaluation into precision teaching is facing the problems related to effective collec⁃tion and reasonable use of educational big data.The paper proposes that schools should explore the practical path of inte⁃grating value-added evaluation into precision teaching by the setting up an educational big data integration and sharing platform and building a scientific and reasonable value-added evaluation index system to comprehensively collect dynam⁃ic data in the whole process of"teaching"and"learning",and to guide and interfere with the precise teaching with the results collected from the platform.
