行政学概论课程教学中的“痛点”及解决策略

The"Pain"and the“Cure”in the Teaching of the Course“Introduction to Administration”

行政学概论是行政管理本科专业的基础课程和核心课程,培养学生发现和解决行政管理问题能力,为后续专业课程学习提供理论基础。针对行政学概论课程中存在的抽象知识缺少具象支撑、缺少现代计算机手段、忽视学生研究能力培养、学生学习内驱力不足等教学“痛点”,提出解决策略。强调以学生为中心,从教学内容、教学方法、现代技术运用等方面进行课程重建:一是多元建构教学模式,包括“5+1模式”、信息化教学手段、社会实践;二是多手段组织教学活动,合理划分教师、学生的主导环节;三是多维课程思政建设,从国内时事政治、中国特色社会主义的伟大实践等渠道获取思政资源;四是多渠道巩固教学成果,从理论联系实际、贴近现实生活、渗透专业思想等层面进行教学成果巩固。

knowledge,the lack of modern computer means,the neglect of the cultivation of students'research ability and the insuf⁃ficient internal drive of students for learning.It is vital to reconstruct the student-centered curriculum from the aspects of teaching contents,teaching methods and application of modern technology.First,construct a pluralistic teaching mode,including“5+1”mode,informational teaching means and social practice.Second,organize teaching activities by multiple means and reasonably arrange the leading roles of teachers and students.Third,build multi-dimensional ideo⁃logical and political education in curriculum and obtain the teaching resources from multiple channels,such as,the news at home and abroad,the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Fourth,consolidate the teaching achievements by different means,such as,applying the theory to practice,engaging in reality and integrating profes⁃sional thoughts.
