职业教育肩负着为我国经济发展提供复合型高素质技能人才的重任,对职业教育资源进行有效整合已经成为推动区域经济发展的重要举措。当前,职业教育条块分割、缺少特色;师资力量薄弱,综合素质不高;定位模糊,专业趋同;生源差异,资源浪费等问题普遍存在。针对这些问题,提出了职业教育资源整合的策略与建议,以期为新时期职业教育资源的整合与优化提供理论参考。

vocational education shoulders the responsibility of providing high-quality skilled complex type talents for China's economic development,and the effective integration of vocational education resources has become an important measure to promote regional economic development.However,the current situation of the integration of vocational education resources is not optimistic.There are many problems in vocational education,such as fragmentation and lack of characteristics;Weak teaching staff and low overall quality;vague positioning,professional convergence;differences in student resources,waste of resources and so on.In view of these problems,the author puts forward the strategies and suggestions for the integration of vocational education resources,which provides a theoretical reference for the integration and optimization of vocational education resources in the new era.
