高职课程思政在简化太极拳教学中的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Politics in Simplifying Taijiquan Teaching in Higher Vocational Education

近年来,课程思政成为教育领域的热点,各高校尝试推进课程思政融入传统学科的教学改革,以期增强各学科的德育作用.太极拳是我国众多非物质传统文化遗产中的优秀代表,对校园文化的影响意义非凡.简化太极拳具有动作简单易学、初学者容易接受的特点.目前,大部分高职院校将简化太极拳列入体育课教学大纲.对当下高职简化太极拳课程教学开展状况进行研究和分析,提出促进太极拳文化在校园发展的建议与措施,以期更好地传播太极拳文化,为促进学生思想道德修养提供理论指导.

In recent years,“curriculum ideological and political education” has become a hot spot in the field of education.Colleges and universities try to promote the teaching reform of curriculum ideological and political integration into traditional disciplines,in order to enhance the moral role of various disciplines.Taijiquan is an excellent representative of many intangible traditional cultural heritage in China,and it has a great influence on campus culture.Simplified Taijiquan is simple and easy to accept for beginners.At present,most higher vocational colleges include it in the physical education syllabus.Based on this,this paper studies and analyzes the current situation of simplified Taijiquan course teaching in higher vocational colleges.Suggestions and measures are proposed to promote the development of TaiJiculture in campus,in order to better spread TaiJi culture and provide the oretical guidance for the TaiJi course to better promote students' ideological and moral cultivation.
