摘要
为探讨玻璃纤维增强复合材料(glass fiber reinforced plastics,GFRP)构件之间的连接,采用3种不同形式对GFRP拉挤圆形截面管材进行连接,并通过拉拔试验检验3种节点连接形式的力学性能。试验结果表明,应避免使用螺栓连接;对于薄壁GFRP拉挤圆形截面管材,使用双套管胶结连接能够充分发挥其抗拉性能;混合连接试件在破坏时呈现出一定延性,破坏形态更为理想。因此,节点连接的设计应尽可能采用双套管胶结连接和混合连接的形式。
To explore the connection components of glass-fiber-reinforced plastics(GFRP),three different connection methods were used to connect GFRP extruded circular section pipes,and the mechanical performance of the three nodes was evaluated by using tensile tests.The results shows that bolted connections should be avoided,and for thin-walled GFRP extruded circular section pipes,double-sleeve adhesive connections show better tensile strength.Additionally,mixed connection specimens exhibite a certain ductility and ideal failure mode before failure.Therefore,node connection designs should preferentially adopt double-sleeve adhesive connections and mixed connections.
