The reasonable development model design is not a linear list of related teaching processes,but an organic integration of various contents including teaching activities and eventually a hierarchical and multi-dimensional development model,and the cheerleading club model of“one group,one team,one school”is an innovative circular development model that meets this requirement.The innovation of this model is reflected in aspects such as operational management innovation and teaching content innovation.The club model has been proven to have achieved good results through practical testing,mainly reflected in effectively enriching students extracurricular life and campus culture,assisting them in forming lifelong sports awareness,effectively improving students teaching ability,and enhancing their comprehensive literacy.
